Whether it’s “did I send the correct file to HR earlier?” or “I have to start that new project later” we tend to spend a lot of our time pondering about the past, procrastinating about the future and not enough time living in the present. Our wonderful mentors will show you how to quieten distracting mind chatter, recognise and acknowledge thoughts and feelings and still that sense of urgency whilst teaching you skills to help you remain focused, cope with stress and engage with the here and now.

Mindfulness is the art of being present. Many of us refuse to acknowledge present circumstances, allowing our addled minds’ to wander from one branch of the thought tree to the next, denying reality and escaping immediate responsibilities. This causes conflict within and siphons our core energy toward distractions and diversions. Allow our skilled mindfulness facilitators to teach you how to be present in the work environment, at home, with family and assist you in leaning into problems and accomplishing tasks rather than procrastinating, putting things off, resulting in a mounting work load and stress accumulation.

When’s the last time you lingered in the moment at work?  Embraced the present?  Remained still? Sounds like a crazy concept at work right? And even when we do manage to slow our bodies down, our minds are racing a mile a minute.  Achieving inner calm in the workplace, crazy as it might seem, is hugely rewarding, not only personally, but collectively with increased productivity levels, and surprisingly, not all that difficult to achieve.

Introducing the Decompression Sessions.

In these completely accessible sessions, we will be bringing you to a place of stillness within yourselves with meditation techniques that don’t actually require you to stop thinking.

The beauty of these sessions is that, as we recognise everyone has a busy workload, we bring the sessions to your workplace, during lunchtime, with still enough time to nourish your body with food.

Most people with busy lives, find the idea of meditation too far removed from their reality to even explore the possibilities, so with these simple and straight forward techniques, that everyone can access easily, you will start to feel the benefits, so your energy levels are recharged, ready to achieve your necessary workload.

Corporate benefits to this workshop

Increased productivity, sharper focus, greater ability to work collaboratively, increased ability to know what is needed in a situation and significant stress reduction.  You will also be armed with a personal toolbox so you can continue in your own time and at your leisure, increasing your inner calm muscles.
