Morning yoga

Our 1 hour morning yoga classes intend to energise and rouse inner strength to prepare for whatever the day may bring. Waking up in our hectic world can often mean that we are not given the time to go through the motions of the morning. With most of us sleeping in the foetal position, our physical body wishes to return to its natural, relaxed form. This class will include a combination of opening, extending movements synchronised with your breathing to bring the mind back to the calm of the morning.

We know that today’s busy, modern world demands excellent time management to balance career and life. Our 45 minute lunch time yoga class is a dynamic and deeply grounding experience, which synthesises invigorating, vibrant movements with calming, meditative breathing. This will prepare you for the latter part of your hectic work day.

Evening Yoga

Our 1 hour evening yoga classes aim to balance cultivation of strength with increased flexibility. Classes will synchronize movements with the breath providing an opportunity to quieten the mind, strengthen the cardio-vascular system and calm the nervous system.

Sometimes during your work day it is beneficial to do some gentle movements to help release tension, reduce stress and take a break from the norm to refresh body and mind, increasing focus and motivation. But where can you go to do these exercises? What special equipment would you need? The answers are simpler than you think, a chair is all you need. Our yogis will teach you how to use a chair as an invaluable tool to unlock the health benefits of yoga without the mat.

Yoga FAQ's

  • Are all your yogis qualified?

    Yes, all our yogis are fully qualified and insured.

  • How much space do we need to hold a class?

    Each person will need approximately 2.5 metres by 1 metres or 8 feet by 3 feet. If you are unsure our yogis can come to your workplace and help you choose a suitable location.

  • Who do your classes cater for?

    Our classes cater for everyone from the complete novice to someone who practises yoga regularly. Everyone is welcome.

  • What do I need for the class?

    Loose clothing and water. You can bring your own mat if you like but we will provide mats for everyone.

  • What happens if I have an injury?

    Tell your yoga instructor and they will inform you on the best course of action.

  • I’ve just found out I’m pregnant, can I still attend your class?

    Congratulations, what wonderful news! Inform your yoga instructor and they can advise you on the best course of action.

  • Will I need to shower after a yoga class?

    No, you will not require a shower afterwards as you should not break too much of a sweat.

  • What can I expect from my yoga class?

    A feeling of well-being and energy.

  • What are your available working hours?

    We are available to come to you 7 days a week. We cater for all shifts, including day and night shifts.

  • How do we book this service?

    Simply contact us via the website and we will respond to you and get you started.

  • How do we pay for this service?

    Payment is typically on a monthly basis. We can discuss this with you when you have decided exactly what you need.

  • Can staff contribute to the payment?

    Yes, staff can contribute to the payment of the chosen services. We can make some recommendations for you with regard to this.

  • What happens if we cancel?

    Please read our cancellation policy for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We require one full month’s notice in the event of a cancellation, e.g. if we are due into you on 17th June at 9am we will need to be notified before 17th May at 9am. If we are informed a full one month before, no cancellation fee will occur. Failure to do so will result in the following cancellation fee:

Less than one month to 3 weeks previous = 25% of agreed fee

Less than 3 weeks to 2 weeks previous = 50% of agreed fee

Less than 2 weeks to 1 week previous = 75% of agreed fee

Less than 1 week to due date = 100% of agreed fee

If you have booked the service within the month, please try to notify us as soon as possible if you intend to cancel. Failure to do so will also incur a cancellation fee. This can be discussed when you contact us.

If you want to cancel a service but move it to a different date then please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the new date and required therapist, facilitator or instructor is available.
