Life is unpredictable.  Nobody knows what's around the corner.  A sudden change in circumstances can be unsettling.  At stressful times, our thoughts can spiral out of control and manifest into fear, anger and anxiety.  Allow our counsellor to support you through these difficult times and assist you in exploring your options.  Learn skills to build resilience, helping you to endure and adapt to changing circumstances such as loss of a job, separation, death, divorce, serious surgery, relationship break-up or any other life changing event.  After all, a problem shared is a problem halved!

Corporate benefits to this therapy

When we have something important on our mind we are less focused and simply can't give 100% at work or at home.  Providing a counsellor on-site can greatly improve your staff's mental health, leading to happier and more productive employees.

Have you ever noticed that we tend to repeat the same mistakes over and over again?  Are you stuck in a negative pattern and have no idea how to break the cycle?  Sometimes our behavioural habits are hidden so deep that we don't realise why we act or feel a certain way.  To take a step forward we often have to begin by taking two steps back.  By uncovering our past we can gain a greater understanding, adjust our perception and improve our relationship with ourselves and those around us.

Corporate benefits to this therapy

Personal awareness and happiness are key to your employee's well-being.  We reach our full potential when we feel encouraged, acknowledged and appreciated.  When we feel at our best, we perform at our best!

Counselling and Psychotherapy FAQ's

  • Is your counsellor and psychotherapist qualified?

Yes, our counsellor and psychotherapist is fully qualified and insured.

  • Do we require any special facilities for this service?

We require a private room that will allow your employees to speak freely and confidentially. This room must be quiet and free from any distractions.

  • How long does each session last?

Each session will be 45 minutes in length. We feel that a shorter time would not allow for the employee to relax into the session and explore their innermost thoughts and feelings.

  • Will a once off session be sufficient?

In our experience, one session will definitely help but we would like to meet with the employee for 10 to 12 sessions. These sessions would preferably be weekly, on the same day and at the same time. Consistancy is very important in building trust between the employee and therapist.

  • How many employees will you see in a day?

Our counsellor and psychotherapist will see 5 employees per day.

  • What are your available working hours?

We are available to come to you 7 days a week. We cater for all shifts, including day and night shifts.

  • How do we book this service?

Simply contact us via the website and we will respond to you and get you started.

  • How do we pay for this service?

Payment is typically on a monthly basis. We can discuss this with you when you have decided exactly what you need.

  • Can staff contribute to the payment?

Yes, staff can contribute to the payment of the chosen services. We can make some recommendations for you with regard to this.

  • What happens if we cancel?

Please read our cancellation policy for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 2 weeks to 1 week previous = 75% of agreed fee

If you have booked the service within the month, please try to notify us as soon as possible if you intend to cancel. Failure to do so will also incur a cancellation fee. This can be discussed when you contact us.
